Senate Democrats Continue Fight for Education

Colorado Senate Democrats found savings for every student in Colorado public schools, even when confronted with a staggering state budget shortfall. In March, we faced horrific cuts to education, but because of our continued fight for education throughout the budget negotiations, we were able to lessen the blow of those cuts. Colorado Senate Democrats continue to explore every possible option to find savings in other departments that can be directed to schools.
