About Senator Tochtrop
Senator Tochtrop was appointed to the Colorado Senate in 2004 after serving as a member of the State House of Representatives from 2000-2004. She is the Assistant Majority Leader and currently the Chair of the Business, Labor and Technology Committee and a member of the Transporation.
Senator Tochtrop has been married to Paul Tochtrop for 44 years. They have three sons and five grandchildren. They also have one dog, one cat, one bird, and one horse. She enjoys reading, word games, motorcycling, horseback riding, scuba diving, and camping. Senator Tochtrop is a registered nurse.
